CapitaLand Malaysia Trust’s DPU grows 3.7% QoQ in Q3

Net property income also grew by 11.5% QoQ.

CapitaLand Malaysia Trust's (CLMT) distribution per unit increased by 3.7% quarter on quarter during the third quarter of the year to $0.0095 (1.11sen).

The company recorded an income of $10.7m (RM35m) for the period, 14% higher QoQ.

Net property income (NPI) also grew by 11.5% QoQ to $21.2m (RM69.1m), driven by higher revenue across its retail properties and rental income contributions.

The group strengthened its retail occupancy to 93.5% with positive reversions of 10.9%.
