CBD commercial shophouse for sale for $19.8m

The expression of interest for 8 Circular Road will end on 22 August, 12 pm.

A 999-year tenure, three-storey Central Business District at 8 Circular Road is for sale via expression of interest with a guide price of $19.8m or around $6,424 per square foot.

In a statement, CBRE said the property in the Boat Quay Conservation Area stood on a land plot of around 1,080 square feet (sq ft), and a total built-up area of 3,082 sq ft with a roof terrace of around 180 sq ft on Level 3.

CBRE noted that the property is fully tenanted with approved use as a nightclub on the first floor, office on the second floor and restaurant on the top floor.

There are no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty imposed on the transaction as the property is a commercial shophouse.

The deadline for the expression of interest will close on 22 August at 12 pm.
