The Great Room expands with 10th Singapore location at Keppel South Central

The coworking operator will open on Level 10 of the 33-storey tower with wellness-focused design.

The Great Room by Industrious will open its 10th Singapore site at Keppel South Central in Tanjong Pagar occupying level 10 of the 33-storey development.

The coworking space operator’s new office will include dedicated offices, meeting rooms, hot desking zones, and social spaces such as the Drawing Room and Coffee Bar.

The design uses layered lighting, sculptural forms, and high-quality materials and will be the brand’s first Singapore space to achieve Green Mark Healthier Workplace certification.

Keppel South Central, completed in 2025, offers Grade A office and retail space with climate-conscious systems, biophilic design, and smart technology whilst also including F&B, wellness, and event facilities.

The location also has panoramic harbor views and direct access to Tanjong Pagar MRT.

The opening follows two other locations announced in 2025 at Shaw Tower and Stamford Place.

The Great Room also operates in Sydney, Hong Kong, and Bangkok.
