New Vision, Ascott breaks ground on 29-storey development in Tanjong Pagar

It features 137 units: 42 hotel rooms, 95 serviced apartments.

New Vision Holding Pte. Ltd. and The Ascott Limited (Ascott) have broken ground on Ascott Shenton Way Singapore, with construction now underway.

Located at 15 Enggor Street in Tanjong Pagar, the building is a 29-storey mixed-use development with 137 units, featuring a dual-format offering of 42 hotel rooms and 95 serviced apartments, according to a press release.

Key amenities include a wellness spa, meditation lounge, forest verandah, rooftop garden, swimming pool, and café bar.

The project is anchored around a biophilic theme, “Nature in Art, Art in Nature,” with architecture led by RSP, landscape by Benoy, and luxury interiors by Elicyon. It also features curated artworks and design motifs inspired by Tanjong Pagar’s maritime heritage.

The development is expected to be completed within the fourth quarter of 2029.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
