Oxley fully redeems $133m due 2024

The company has redeemed over $1b worth of notes since November 2019.

Oxley has fully redeemed its $133 million notes bearing a 6.9% interest rate, due in 2024.

Since November 2019, Oxley has redeemed over $1b worth of notes.

The company has also announced new overseas project launches with Phnom Penh Shangri-la Hotel to launch by the end of the year and the Oxley Tower KLCC, slated for completion in 2025.

Phnom Penh Shangri-la Hotel will offer 303 rooms and lifestyle facilities such as sky dining and bar, swimming pool, gym, and spa.

Oxley Tower KLCC will feature two luxury hotels and residences, premium office spaces, and upscale retail outlets. The development will be the fourth tallest building in Malaysia, adjacent to the renowned Petronas Twin Towers.
