The pair of buildings is worth $15.3m.

A pair of freehold four-storey buildings with an attic at Balestier precinct is opened for sale for $15.3m until 26 July 2022 at 3 p.m., Savills announced.

The sale of 16 and 18 Kim Keat Road will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise.

Its guide price is based on $1,438 per square foot (sq ft) of the gross floor area. The property occupies a combined land area of approximately 3,449 sq. ft. and an estimated total floor area of 10,638 sq. ft.

The ground floor is currently leased to food and beverage operators, whilst the upper floors are residential units. Its car park can accommodate eight vehicles.

The properties are near the Novena healthcare hub, which will interest city dwellers and healthcare workers, according to Sophia Lim, associate director of the investment sales & capital markets at Savills Singapore.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
