Shophouses in Club Street, Yio Chu Kand Road for sale

The submission of expression of interest closes on 20 September, 3 pm.

A 999-year food and beverage-approved conservation shophouse in Clubstreet and a freehold corner shophouse in Yio Chu Kang Road through an expression of interest.

In a statement, CBRE said the shophouse at 93 Club Street has a land area of 801 square feet and a built-up area of around 2,787 square feet across three levels.

The property, approved for F&B use on the ground floor, has an indicative guide price of $12.8m.

Zoned as a commercial property, the purchase will have no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty.

Meanwhile, the single-storey corner shophouse at 36 Yio Chu Kang Road in Kovan has a land area of 3,479 square feet. It is currently leased to an established children's swim school with a total floor area of 2,320 square feet.

It has a guide price of $7.6m.
