Three Suntec office floors for sale at $135m

The 40,300 sq ft portfolio is 100% occupied with a yield of over 4%.

Savills Singapore has launched the sale of a portfolio of three office floors at Suntec Towers 1 and 2, with a guide price of $135m, or about $3,350 per square foot based on strata area.

The offering comprises Level 27 in Tower 1 and Levels 12 and 13 in Tower 2, with five strata titles ranging from 3,498 sq ft to 14,273 sq ft. Its total strata area is approximately 40,300 sq ft.

The asset is fully leased and currently 100% occupied, with rental income in place from existing tenants.

The indicative yield is stated to be above 4% on a fully let basis, according to Savills.

Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase. No Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty will apply.

The sale will be conducted through an expression of interest exercise closing on 15 May 2026, Friday at 3 pm.

The floors may be purchased either individually or on a portfolio basis.
