Unifiber wins construction contract worth $137 mln

The construction unit of United Fiber System (Unifiber) won the contract from Guocoland Group for a 12-storey condominium development project.

The deal secured by Unifiber is valued at S$191 million ($137 million), as reported by Reuters.

Unifiber, originally Poh Lian Holdings Pte Ltd (1995) and Poh Lian Holdings Limited (1997), is a company operating in the field of construction which subsequently entered the forestry and pulp business, coinciding with the change of name to United Fiber System Limited in 2002.
