URA launches Holland Plain, Morrison Lane residential sites

Holland Plain site offers 280 units whilst Morrison Lane can accommodate 205.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released two residential land parcels under the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme for the first half of 2026.

The Holland Plain and Morrison Lane sites in Robertson Quay were released for tender on 25 February 2026, with developers required to submit bids by the specified deadlines.

The Holland Plain site has a site area of about 15,716.9  square meters (sqm) and a maximum gross floor area of 28,291 sqm, zoned for residential use with a 99-year lease and a maximum building height of 6 to 8 storeys.

The Morrison Lane site is zoned for residential use with commercial activities allowed on the first storey. If tendered successfully, it could accommodate around 205 units, whilst the Holland Plain site could yield about 280 units.
