Wing Tai Holdings acquires Holland Tower for $76.3m

The property has a site area of 2032.6 sqm.

Wing Tai Holdings, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Wincove Investment Pte. Ltd., has acquired a freehold site located at 10 Holland Heights, known as Holland Tower.

In a bourse filing, Wing Tai Holdings disclosed that it acquired the property, which has a site area of 2032.6 sqm, for $76.3m.

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Strata Titles Board (STB) and the Land Dealings Approval Unit of the Singapore Land Authority (LDAU).

Following completion of the acquisition, Wincove will redevelop Holland Heights as a residential property development for sale.
