Aspial's 2025 profit soars 172% as $84m retail engine offsets property slump

FY2025 profit rose to $58.8m, driven by its Lifestyle segment.

Aspial Corporation Ltd reported a profit after tax of $58.8m for the year ended 31 December 2025, compared with $21.6m in FY2024, according to its SGX filing.

The group’s Aspial Lifestyle business contributed profit after tax of $84.4m, offsetting a 39% decline in revenue from the Australian property portfolio, which fell to $45.7m from $75.1m in FY2024.

Earnings per share were 1.36 Singapore cents before distribution to perpetual securities holders, up from 0.55 cents in FY2024, and 0.97 cents after distribution, compared with 0.16 cents previously.

On the balance sheet, total equity increased to $544.0m from $514.4m in 2024, driven by higher non-controlling interests and revenue reserves, partially offset by a decrease in other reserves.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
