Sembmarine taps Keppel O&M exec as COO

The COO has oversight over the execution of Sembmarine’s projects.

Sembcorp Marine (Sembmarine) has appointed Chor How Jat as its chief operating officer (COO).

As COO, Chor will have oversight over the management of operations of Sembmarine’s yard and the execution of its local and overseas projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

According to a bourse filing, Chor holds 5,357,932 ordinary shares in Sembmarine.

Currently, Chor is serving as COO of Keppel Offshore & Marine (O&M). He has held the COO position at Keppel O&M since 2022.
