DBS CEO's direct stake rises to 1.4 million shares via vesting

About 23,379 shares were vested at no cash consideration on 16 February.

DBS Group Holdings Ltd CEO Tan Su Shan has increased her direct shareholding in the bank to 1,415,991 ordinary shares, or 0.05%, following the vesting of share awards.

About 23,379 shares were vested at no cash consideration on 16 February, raising her direct interest from 1,392,612 shares to 1,415,991, according to a bourse filing.

Earlier, 40,681 shares were vested on 13 February.

Separately, on 12 February, Tan was granted 81,099 awards of fully paid ordinary shares under the DBSH Share Plan.

Following the events, her rights and options over shares decreased from 360,604 to 296,544.
