Enjoy early bird discounts for Raffles Hotel Mooncakes

Mooncake lovers can now purchase the famous Raffles Hotel Mooncakes online.

In a news release, Raffles Hotel Singapore announced the availability of their highly anticipated selection of mooncakes to herald the celestial mid-autumn tradition of mooncake crafting. The mooncakes are available for online sale at www.raffleshotelmooncakes.com from 1 June 2012. Raffles Hotel Mooncake Shop sale will commence 10 August to 30 September 2012. Patrons who visit the website will be able to enjoy early bird discounts as well as place corporate bulk orders with immediate effect.

The new flavour this year is the Snow-Skin Banana Passion Mooncake, a summery creation that is fresh and appealing to the palate. The essence of all the goodness of the banana and passion fruit is encompassed in the smooth chocolate truffle, which is then wrapped in the creamy goodness of Raffles Hotel’s signature white lotus paste and tender snow skin.

The perennial favourite year upon year is the Snow-Skin Mooncake with Champagne Truffle and Ganache. It features an exquisitely handcrafted Champagne truffle that is delicately swathed in creamy white lotus paste and enfolded in a duvet of tender snow-skin, an original Raffles Hotel creation which ardent fans eagerly await every Mid-Autumn festival.

The new mooncake tin boxes are in a vibrant hot pink colour, perfect for the avid box collector. Complemented by the recyclable non-woven polypropylene bags in a new grey fabric and deep pink print, the sturdy and practical bags are suitable for reuse for grocery shopping, a visit to the library or a picnic at the beach.

Patrons may order the mooncakes directly at www.raffleshotelmooncakes.com from 1 June 2012. Raffles Hotel mooncakes are also available at the mooncake shop, located at the hotel’s North Bridge Road entrance, from 10 August to 30 September 2012.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
