According to a release, Raffles Grill offers this February a rare "Liquid Gold Auspicious Dinner" experience, a first in Singapore.
Wine Director, Stephane Soret is happy to showcase different vintages from three Châteaux, whose owners will also be present to talk more about their special wines. The "Liquid Gold" will be paired with the cuisine of Deputy Executive Chef Nicola Canuti.
Sauternes, a French sweet wine from Bordeaux, has its own legion of fans worldwide.
Raffles Grill will be showcasing the top three producers of Sauternes and guests will be able to taste six vintages during the dinner.
