In a release, Raffles Hotel upholds the celestial Mid-Autumn tradition of mooncake crafting, with its highly anticipated selection of mooncakes, available for sale at the Raffles Hotel Mooncake Shop from 10 August 2012. The shop, located at the North Bridge Road Entrance of Raffles Hotel, will be open until 30 September, daily from 9:00am until 8:30pm.

The newly introduced Snow-Skin Banana Passion Mooncake is a summery creation by our innovative Culinary Team. The essence of all the goodness of the banana and passion fruit is encompassed in the smooth chocolate truffle, which is then wrapped in the creamy goodness of the Raffles Hotel signature white lotus paste and tender snow-skin.

Bestseller Snow-Skin Mooncake with Champagne Truffle & Ganache is an original Raffles Hotel creation which ardent fans eagerly await year upon year. The ivory-coloured treat, featuring an exquisitely hand crafted Champagne truffle that is delicately swathed in creamy white lotus paste and enfolded in a duvet of tender snow-skin, is a perennial favourite every Mid-Autumn festival.
