No Signboard submits revised trading resumption proposal to SGX

Trading of the company’s shares has been suspended since 24 January 2022.

The Board of Directors of No Signboard Holdings  has submitted a revised trading resumption proposal to SGX RegCo on 27 September 2023 due to “recent developments in the company.”

Trading suspension on No Signboard’s shares will only be upon the fulfilment of SGX’s conditions and if the bourse has no objections to the company’s proposal.

The company’s board advised shareholders and potential investors to withhold any action involving their securities in the company that may be prejudicial to their interests and to consult professional advisors if they have any doubts about the actions they should take.
