Regulator rejects No Signboard’s application for extension to hold its AGM

The company was also not allowed to release its 1Q23 results by 10 August.

SGXRegCo did not allow No Signboard to hold its AGM by 18 August, the company announced.

In a bourse filing, No Signboard disclosed that the regular also rejected its application “to submit its Sustainability Report by 3 August 2023, to release its 1QFY2023 Results by 10 August 2023, to release its 2QFY2023 Results by 17 August 2023 and to release its 3QFY2023 Results by 24 August 2023.”

The company, however, said it will release its “unaudited quarterly results for FY2023 as soon as possible and endeavour to work with its auditors to expedite the completion of its audit and hold its AGM for FY2022 as soon as practicable.”

Trading of No Signboard’s shares has been suspended since 24 January 2022.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
