SGX-listed Del Monte Pacific announces board reshuffle

The Board will also appoint additional INEDs within two months.

Del Monte Pacific Ltd. announced the changes to its Board and Board committee composition.

Godfrey Scotchbrook, an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED), retired as Chairman of the Remuneration and Share Option Committee (RSOC), and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the Nominating and Governance Committee (NGC), effective 30 August 2024.

Benedict Kwek Gim Song, Dr. Emil Javier and Yvonne Goh will all step down from their respective positions but will remain on the Board for the three-month transition period and will be Non-Independent Non-Executive Directors (NINEDs).

Lee Kia Jong Elaine and Dr. Eufemio T. Rasco, Jr. will be appointed as INEDs following Rule 704(8) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, effective 6 September 2024.

The Board will also appoint additional INEDs to fill the vacancy on the Board Committees within two months.
