Tung Lok inks a three-year lease at Orchard Central for Dancing Crab

Total rent is estimated to reach $962,000.

Tung Lok Millennium went into a three-year lease agreement at Orchard Central for its Dancing Crab restaurant.

The SGX-listed restaurant chain operator entered into a tenancy agreement with Orchard Central Pte Ltd to lease Unit #07-14/15 at 181 Orchard Road for three years, the company announced Monday.

The unit spans 3,444.48 square feet and will continue to be occupied by its seafood restaurant, Dancing Crab. Tung Lok estimated rental fees to reach $962,000 during the duration of the lease, which is equivalent to 6.38% of the group’s net tangible asset of $15m.
