Zixin Group provides profit guidance for H1 2025

It will be released on or before 14 November.

Catalist-listed Zixin Group Holdings Limited has announced that the group is expected to report a net profit for the first half of fiscal year 2025 (H1 FY2025), following a preliminary review of the group’s unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 September, according to a bourse filing.

The anticipated net profit is primarily due to the group’s revenue growth in H1 FY2025, which was driven by an increase in the sales and volume of sweet potato seedlings, fresh sweet potatoes, and sweet potato processed snack products in comparison to H1 FY2024.

The information contained in the announcement is only a preliminary assessment based on the consolidated management accounts of the group, and may be subject to adjustments.

It was also said that the group is in the process of finalising its unaudited consolidated H1 FY2025 financial results, and further details of the Group’s financial results will be disclosed in the ‘H1 FY2025 Results’, which will be released on or before 14 November.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
