Cigna Singapore, iXchange launch value-based healthcare contract

IHH SG hospitals will participate under the new contract.

Cigna Singapore has partnered with iXchange (IXPL), the third-party administrator (TPA) arm of IHH Healthcare Singapore (IHH SG), to launch a value-based contract for healthcare delivery.

Under the collaboration, Cigna members will have access to a panel network of trusted medical providers through iXchange.

The TPA will facilitate admissions, speed up claims processing, and monitor bill sizes to ensure fairness, transparency, and cost sustainability.

IHH SG hospitals will participate in the partnership with IXPL and Cigna under the new contract. Key services include guarantee of payment provision, cost control for episodes of care, and panel management.
