Quadria Capital raises $1.4b in oversubscribed fund III exercise

Proceeds will be invested in 10 market-leading companies.

Quadria Capital closed its fund III exercise with $1.4b (US$1.07b), surpassing its $1.02b (US$800m) target.

The oversubscribed fundraising comprises over $1.2b (US$954m) in primary commitments and $146m (US$114m) in committed co-investment capital.

An additional $385m (US$300m) co-investment capacity is anticipated over the course of the investment phase, bringing total committed capital to approximately $1.66b (US$1.3b) upon full deployment.

Proceeds from the fund will be used to build a diversified portfolio of around 10 market-leading companies, taking both minority and majority stakes, and expanding impact through targeted co-investments from Limited Partners (LPs).

Currently, about 40% of the fund has been invested in Aragen Life Sciences, NephroPlus, and Maxivision.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
