Ex-JTC chief Tan Boon Khai named CEO of Therme Singapore

He will oversee the development of a 4-hectare wellbeing resort at Marina South.

Therme Group has appointed Tan Boon Khai as CEO for Therme Group Singapore.

As CEO, Tan will oversee the development of Therme Singapore, a $1b wellbeing resort scheduled to open in 2030 at Marina South.

The resort will occupy a 4-hectare waterfront site adjacent to Marina Barrage and Gardens by the Bay.

Before his new position, Tan was the CEO of JTC Corporations and had held leadership at the Singapore Land Authority, CapitaLand, and Ascott Limited.

Meanwhile, he has begun his career as a Justice’s Law Clerk and has worked across various government and private sector legal portfolios.
