Genting Singapore has appointed Si Chen as Chief Operating Officer of its flagship development, Resorts World Sentosa, starting 1 December 2025.

Si has nearly two decades of international experience in the gaming and hospitality industry.

He has held senior leadership roles in integrated resorts across the region, where he led operations, marketing, and the implementation of key strategic initiatives.

As COO, Si will assist RWS CEO, Lee Shi Ruh, in the execution of the strategies, management and development of RWS’ core businesses.
