MindChamps acquires Sydney preschool for $5.5m

Two more Sydney pre-school centres are in the process of acquisition.

Singaporean preschool Mind Champs has completed the acquisition of two preschools in Sydney, Australia for a total of $5.5m (A$5.5m). The centres are in Rope Crossings and West Hoxton, an announcement revealed.

The company is also in the process of two more preschool centres acquisitions in Sydney which are located in Lane Cove and Penrith.

Separately, MindChamps Preschool has also incorporated its wholly-owned subsidiary MindChamps Early Learning and Care Australia.
