Every Community Development Council to get job bank: PM Wong

The job bank will include vacancies for full-time, part-time, and flexible jobs.

Every Community Development Council (CDC) will maintain a District Job Bank to help residents find work near their homes, according to Prime Minister Lawrence Wong.

“The job bank will include vacancies for full-time, part-time, and flexible jobs,” PM Wong said during the Launch of Jobs Nearby @ CDC on 23 October 2025.

He added that CDCs will have Job Ambassadors to provide customised assistance and end-to-end guidance throughout the job matching process.

“The CDCs will also deploy Community Job Clinics in heartland spaces like our CCs, Resident Network Centres, and coffeeshops to better connect job seekers with local employers,” he said.
