Gov’t launches Singapore Digital Gateway

The platform gives access to more than 30 digital resources vital to Singapore’s digital journey.

Minister for Digital Development and Information Josephine Teo has officially launched the Singapore Digital Gateway (SGDG) during her visit to the United States.

Developed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), the platform aims to provide stakeholders access to more than 30 digital resources instrumental in Singapore’s digital journey.

Through the SGDG, users can access resources including artificial intelligence strategies and blueprints, governance frameworks, guides, playbooks, and open-source tools.

It also offers courses for capacity building, with MDDI working with the World Bank and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to deliver these programmes.

In its initial phase, the SGDG will cover the AI domain, including Singapore's National AI Strategy 2.0, the AI Verify testing framework, and Project Moonshot, a comprehensive toolkit for testing Large Language Models.

Further, it will cover Singapore's Digital Government Blueprint, the Singpass digital identity system architecture, and open-source tools such as FormSG and Isomer.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
