Info-Tech taps Rotary Engineering CFO to lead financial governance

Overall accounting functions and corporate transparency will fall under his supervision.

Info-Tech Systems Ltd. has appointed Juan Chow Yee as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with responsibility for the company’s overall financial and accounting functions, including corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining Info-Tech, Juan served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at OSIM International Ltd. from 2015. He later became Group Financial Controller at Delfi Limited in 2019, before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer at Rotary Engineering Pte Ltd in 2021.

Juan holds a Master of Business Administration degree and is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant.
