Karin Technology’s net profit up 1% in FY 2025

However, the group’s revenue declined by 12.4% YoY to $313.6m.

Karin Technology Holdings Limited achieved a net attributable profit of $3.1m (HK$19.2m) for the 12 months ended 30 June 2025, a 1% year-on-year increase.

The group’s revenue declined 12.4% YoY to $313.6m (HK$1.9b) due to lower sales across all three of the group’s business segments.

Other income and gains for the period rose 13.2% YoY to $1.7m (HK$10.3m) mainly due to higher interest income earned from US dollar bank deposits.

Meanwhile, overall expenses declined primarily due to a reduction in selling and distribution costs.

Earnings per share stood at $0.089, up from $0.088 over a year ago.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
