OCBC Treasury Research noted:

China’s 18th Party Congress will end today and the new leadership will be announced at 11am tomorrow during the press conference.

In view of rising interests in China’s stock market from offshore investors, China’s security regulator increased both QFII and RQFII quota significantly to allow international investors to invest in China’s domestic stock market.
