AEM profit jumps 47.8% to $17.15m in 2025 on higher client production

The company also posts 48% net profit growth in the same period.

AEM Holdings reported net profit of $17.15m for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, up 47.8% year-on-year (YoY), according to its financial statement.

Basic and diluted earnings per share at 5.4 cents and 5.35 cents, respectively.

Group revenue increased 5% to $399.3m, driven by a production ramp for a second artificial intelligence and high-performance computing customer, offsetting lower revenue from another client.

The Test Cell Solutions (TCS) segment generated $251.4m in revenue, up 9%, accounting for 63% of group revenue. Contract Manufacturing contributed $139.5m, unchanged from the previous year.

For financial year 2026, the company issued revenue guidance of $460m to $510m, with TCS expected to contribute 70% of group revenue.

A final dividend of 1.3 cents per share was declared. Cash and cash equivalents rose to $77.3m, whilst loans and borrowings fell 82.7% to $16.4m.

Total equity stood at $499.3m, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.03x. Net asset value per share was 157.0 cents.
