Centurion’s non-executive Director raises ownership to 55.8%

Director acquires 300,000 shares in open-market transaction

Centurion Corporation non-executive director Han Seng Juan has raised his stake in the company after purchasing 300,000 shares on 17 October for about S$422,000, according to a regulatory filing.

Following the purchase, Han’s total interest increased to 55.8% of Centurion’s issued shares, comprising 35.3 million shares held directly and 433.7 million deemed shares through related entities and his spouse.

The filing, submitted on 21 October, confirms Han remains Centurion’s controlling shareholder, maintaining majority voting control through direct and indirect holdings.
