Dasin Retail Trust taps Wang Peng as acting CEO of trustee-manager

Peng was previously part of the Sino-Ocean Group.

Dasin Retail Trust Management (DRTM), the trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust, has appointed Wang Peng as its acting CEO.

In a bourse filing, the trustee-manager said Peng will be responsible for its management and operations.

Peng will work with the board of DRTM to “determine business strategies and ensure that such strategies are executed.”

Before he was appointed acting CEO of DRTM, Peng held different positions in the Sino-Ocean Group, including director for its investment centre, investment director for its investment and financing centre, investment manager for its corporate executive centre, and operations manager of its development management division.
