Sabana REIT’s Q3 occupancy rises to 84.9% on strong logistics demand

It secured 313,953 square feet of new leases.

Sabana REIT's overall portfolio occupancy increased to 84.9% in Q3, up from 78.8% in the previous quarter.

The REIT credited its improved occupancy rate to new leases signed in the quarter, fueled mainly by increased demand for warehouse and logistics properties.

In Q3, the REIT secured 313,953 square feet of new leases and renewed 15,974 square feet of existing leases.

Among its assets, the REIT said 151 Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park) saw occupancy rise to 82%, higher than the average of 78.3% for business parks as per JTC's Q2 report.

Meanwhile, the REIT also reported a higher rental reversion of 9.7%, up from 8.8% in Q2.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
