Singapore's US$2.1bn Equity Capital Market volume ranked second in SE Asia

Indonesia lead the region with US$2.2 billion - the highest YTD volume on record.

According to Dealogic, PT Bank Mandiri's US$905 million follow-on drove the high YTD volume of Indonesia.

SE Asian ECM volume reached US$6.2 billion via 47 deals - the largest YTD volume on record, ahead of the US$4.7 billion raised in 2010 YTD.

However, total SE Asian DCM volume fell 6% from the previous YTD record set in 2010 to reach US$15.6 billion. This is despite record YTD issuances from the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore ith US$7.4 billion, US$3.6 billion and US$3.4 billion respectively.

Thailand and Indonesia are the only nations to buck the upward trend with declines of 48% and 83% respectively.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
