UltraGreen.ai reports $95m net profit in 2025 on higher revenue

Exceptional items boost total profit by $14.9m.

UltraGreen.ai Limited reported a net profit of $95.26m (US$75.6m) for the fiscal year (FY) ended 31 December 2025, up 35% from $70.56m (US$56.0m) in 2024, according to its financial statement.

Revenue rose 24% to $179.42m (US$142.4m) from $144.52m (US$114.7m) the previous year.

Basic earnings per share reached $0.24 (US$0.19).

Total profit included a $14.87m (US$11.8m) net gain from exceptional items, comprising a $29.86m (US$23.7m) gain from the August 2025 sale of the UltraLinQ business.

This is partially offset by a $10.71m (US$8.5m) tax provision on dividend income and $4.28m (US$3.4m) in impairment and disposal charges. Excluding these items, profit was $80.39m (US$63.8m), a 14% increase from 2024.

Vial volumes rose 13% during the period, supported by price increases in the United States and Europe, driving revenue growth, the statement said.

Operating profit increased 27% to $106.09m (US$84.2m), with operating expenses reflecting investments in Asian expansion, regulatory capabilities, and costs from the December 2025 initial public offering in Singapore.

The company ended the FY with no debt and $221.89m (US$176.1m) in cash. Revenue for FY2026 is forecast at $214.2m (US$170m) to $239.4m (US$190m), reflecting 2025 price changes and expansion into new markets.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
