ComfortDelGro PATMI rises 9.4% to $230.3m in 2025 on international growth

Revenue rose to $5.06b.

ComfortDelGro reported profit after tax and minority interests (PATMI) of $230.3m for FY2025, up 9.4% year on year (YoY), on revenue of $5.06b, up 13.0%, according to a filing.

The company attributed this to the execution of its international growth strategy, which has driven its revenue above the $5b mark. 

Total revenue jumped 13% to $5.06b, international revenue accounting for 55.3%. 

Earnings per share rose to 10.63 Singapore cents from 9.72 Singapore cents, and operating profit increased 15.5% to $373.0m. EBITDA rose 8.8% to $746.7m.

The board proposed a final dividend of 4.59 Singapore cents per share, bringing the total dividend for FY2025 to 8.50 Singapore cents per share, which the company said represents a payout ratio of 80% of PATMI.
