DBS Bank buys 164,00 shares for $395,240 from MINT

The transaction increased DBS’ stake in MINT by 0.75%. 

DBS Bank has acquired 164,000 shares from Mapletree Industrial Trust (MINT) for $395,240 or $2.41 per share. 

The transaction increased DBS’ stake in MINT by 0.75%. 

As an independently managed Temasek company, DBS gives Temasek a deemed interest in MINT. 

Following the acquisition, Temasek's deemed interest in MINT is now 27%.
