HDB issues $500m notes due 2034 at a 2.699% fixed rate

The notes are payable semi-annually in arrears.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) issued $500m worth of 10-year fixed-rate notes, due on 9 October 2034, at a rate of 2.699%.

The notes are payable semi-annually in arrears.

HDB said the notes are under its $32b Multicurrency Medium Term Note (MTN) Programme.

HDB issued the notes in denominations of $250,000 by way of placement to institutional investors.
