CNQC-led group wins Dover Drive GLS site for $951m

The bid reflects a land rate of $16,750.94 per square metre of gross floor area.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority has awarded the tender for the site at Dover Drive to the highest tenderer for over $950m.

According to the agency, CNQC Realty (Prime) Pte. Ltd., Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd. and Jianan Realty Investments (1) Pte. Ltd. bagged the site for a tendered price of $951m or $16,750.94 per square metre of gross floor area.

The 13,517.2 square metre site at Dover Drive was launched for tender on 26 November 2025. It was offered for sale on a 99-year lease term.

The site has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 56,773 square metres. Its allowable development is residential with commercial at the first storey.
