Temasek-backed Foundation Healthcare is considering an initial public offering (IPO) that could value the medical group at more than $1.29b (US$1b), according to Bloomberg.
The healthcare firm is reaching out to prospective financial advisers about working on an offering to take place in 2026, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private.
The company could raise as much as $388m (US$300m) from the IPO. However, talks are ongoing, and details such as size and timing could change, they said.
Representatives for Foundation Healthcare and SeaTown declined to comment.
