NauticAWT faces winding-up order

The company's assets will cover the costs of the proceedings.

NauticAWT Limited announced in a bourse filing that a winding-up order has been issued against it, following a hearing on 17 January.

With this, Ng Hoe Kiat Keith of Reliance 3P Advisory Pte. Ltd. has been appointed as the company's liquidator effective 17 January. The company's assets will cover the costs of the proceedings.

The company also said that it will continue to provide monthly updates on the financial situation and will make subsequent announcements to update its shareholders.
