FEO’s euHabitat drives away hungry ghosts

The 748-unit development at Jalan Eunos is now nearly half sold as it continues to buck the traditionally slower sales during the “hungry ghosts” month.

According to latest figure from its developer Far East Organization (FEO), 336 out of the 463 units released have been sold-to-date. Registration of interest started end of July 2011.

Prices range from about $860 to $1150 psf.

FEO Property Sales, Mr Chia Boon Kuah (谢文华), said “We are happy with the strong take-up during the preview. euHabitat has appealed to the market with its first-of-its-kind clustering of different housing styles each with its own distinctive character to match varying lifestyle aspirations. euHabitat enjoys a prime location in an area that is rapidly transforming. “

Preview prices start from $541,000 for one-bedroom suites (538 sqft), $593,000 for a one-bedroom SOHO-style apartment (517 sqft), $918,000 for a two-bedroom condominium apartment (1,012 sqft) and $2.94mil for townhouses (3,380 sqft).

According to website, the property features four housing types – SOHO-concept units, suites, townhouses and condominiums

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
