Sales for CDL’s Buckley Classique slowed: Agents

Only three units were added to date to the 17 snapped up on the first three days of launch since June 10.

“As of today (June 23), we sold around 30% of the 64-unit development. We only have last 3 units of 2-bedroom units (1098sqft), limited number of 4-bedroom units (1959-2896) and still plenty of choices for 3-bedroom units (1399-1464sqft),” a property agent from Huttons Real Estate Group which requested anonymity said.

Average pricing for the project located at Buckley Road is still below $2100psf, after 3% VIP Discount. CDL however according to Huttons, will most probably remove the 3% VIP Discount once they have achieved close to 50% units sold.

Estimated price for 2-br is $2.3 to $2.35 million; 3-br unit starts from $2.9 million; 4-br from $4.05 million; and for penthouses from $5.3 million.

Buckley Classique is said to present a marriage of contemporary modern and old design as it features combination of current Buckley Mansion and a 100 plus year old conserved bungalow. The interior is furnished and tailored with top premium quality finishes and appliances from world renowned brands including Gaggenau, Hansgrohe bathroom fittings and Kohler sanitary fixtures, according to Huttons.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
