Sales update: The Meyerise is now more than 40% sold

100 out of the 239 units of the high-end free development were sold as of yesterday, Sept 12, a source from its property developer Hong Leong said.

120 units units were released during the project’s preview on Sept 3 at prices ranging from $1,400 to $2,540 psf.
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents made up over 90 per cent of buyers.

“Location proved to be a strong deciding factor for buyers of The Meyerise, particularly since about
50 per cent of buyers already live in District 15,” noted Ms Betsy Chng, Head of Sales and
Marketing for Hong Leong Holdings.

The 239-unit Meyerise is located minutes away Parkway Parade, Katong Shopping Centre and
112 Katong, as well as well-known heritage neighbourhoods Joo Chiat and Katong.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
