Co-living firm LOGIN adds The Lumos project to portfolio

This expansion brings the total number of the firm’s rooms from 59 to 109 by the end of 2019.

Co-living operator LOGIN Apartments has expanded its portfolio following a partnership with City Development Limited (CDL) on the latter’s Delfi property in Orchard last July, according to a press release.

LOGIN announced that it will be adding the Lumos project by Koh Brothers to their inventory this month, bringing their total number of rooms from 59 to 109 by the end of the year. This places the platform as the largest operator with the highest number of beds and/or rooms within the district.

The co-living firm is now in four clusters in Singapore: Queenstown, Novena, East Coast, and Orchard.

The Delfi Orchard project has achieved an occupancy rate of 100% within six weeks of takeover, said LOGIN operations head Kemmy Sim. The firm has plans to reach up to 900 rooms by the end of 2021 and then expand to Australia and Japan, country head Calvin Cai stated.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
