Condo prices up 0.6% in October

Prices for central properties also rose.

The prices of private non-landed residential properties in Singapore rose 0.6% MoM in October, according to National University of Singapore’s (NUS) Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI).

SRPI Central also rose 1.2% in October. This includes properties located in Postal Districts 1-4 and 9-11.

SRPI Non-Central also marginally increased 0.3% in October.

Meanwhile, SRPI small units (units up to 506 square feet islandwide) declined marginally 0.8% in October.
