Oxley buys units in 21 Meyappa Chettiar Road for $21.53m

It wants to redevelop the property.

Oxley Holdings Limited (Oxley) bought a property of eight units at 21 Meyappa Chettiar Road for $21.53m.

According to an announcement, the freehold property has a land area of 898.1 sqm zoned for residential use. Oxley said it intends to redevelop the property.

The firm purchased from the owners of the units #01-01, #01-02, #02-01, #02-02, #03-01, #03-02, #04-01, and #04-02.

Oxley also already paid $0.22m in aggregate upon the granting of the options and a further $0.86 upon the exercise of the options.
